The PCCB has been asked by the COP, in managing the 2016-2020 workplan, to take into consideration cross-cutting issues such as gender responsiveness, human rights and indigenous peoples’ knowledge (decision 16/CP.22 para. 4a). |

Activities in 2020
- Co-organizing with the Adaptation Committee a joint event in 2020 focused on:
- Promoting gender analysis in the NAP process: using sex-disaggregated data
- Reducing gender inequalities through NAPs by raising awareness and building capacity
- Co-developing with OHCHR an online training tool aimed at building capacity to integrate human rights into climate action.
